A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to play at being a model for a day for local Australian brand Ruby and Lilli.
I also got to hang out with some seriously gorgeous and fun women Rachael – designer extraordinaire from Ruby and Lilli, Kim-Marie from Kimba Likes, Amy from Willow Curves and the lady that made us look so good Kit from Wise Photography
The A/W 16 collection was released Tuesday 1st March and I’m in love with them all.
Ruby and Lilli’s new collection continues with the same points that has made their other tops so successful – they truly are a tee that are made for all woman, especially the curvaceous.
- Wider straps so you have the ability to wear a normal bra
- High/Low back
- Signature twist neckline
- Velvety soft fabric
- Relaxed fit
- Longer sleeves
The other fabulous plus with the A/W 16 release, are that all of these tops are only $45.00 each.
Now, I think every woman should have a bit of sparkle in their wardrobe, and what better than this beautiful charcoal tee with black sequins and beads. This tee is perfect for going from work to play with a simple change of accessories.
Below I’ve added a pair of bright red jeans and killer leopard print heels.
I’m always on the search for the perfect black sleeveless top and in the Ningaloo Midnight I think I’ve found it. The wide straps mean wearing a normal bra is not an issue and the sheer woven trim really makes it stand out from the crowd. This top can be worn on its own, as I have below with a statement necklace, or layered under a vest or jacket as I have on Instagram here.
Don’t we all wish we could be ladies that brunch everyday, unfortunately this is something that is usually saved for weekends, but with this tee you can feel like it everyday.
A white tee seems to go with just about my entire wardrobe but I love to add it to the combination of black and denim – such a classic relaxed look.
Now I know you shouldn’t play favourites, but I couldn’t help it! This Lucky black tee with its silver foil print really is gorgeous. I’m always partial to wearing all black and I love how the foil print just gives that pop of colour to the outfit. I’ve also added a hat (I have a unusually large head and found that men’s hats actually fit my big head) and a pair of nude heels.
Doesn’t everyone love a striped top? The Coral Bay Tides opaque woven fabric with its double layer and stepped hem is step above your normal striped top. This looks perfect with a pair of distressed jeans as Kimba has done below or with white skirt as I did on instagram here.
Ruby and Lilli’s new release are online now – which one is your favourite?
